Tikkivo Accounts support

For setup or technical help, email [email protected]. Include your shop domain, the action you tried, and any visible error. Do not send customer data, passwords, or access tokens.

Setup

  1. Use Shopify new customer accounts.
  2. Add Tikkivo Order Search in the customer accounts editor, then save.
  3. Save and publish your search settings in the app.
  4. Reload the customer account and test with synthetic orders.

This development release does not include profile fields, order editing, cashback, B2B forms, or production billing.
